BE Chocolat, Initiator of Tastes. BEnoit is BElgian Master Chocolatier graduated from Ceria Culinary Institute in Brussels Belgium. He was Chocolate corner Chef at the Belgian Pavilion in Shanghai World Expo. BE Chocolat is exclusively using Sustainable Callebaut Finest Belgian Chocolate. Similar to the fresh taste you get when you visit local artisans chocolatiers shops in Brussels or Brugges, the production is hand made at our beautiful Atelier BE Chocolat in Fairfield CT. We work in small batches to preserve the subtleness of tastes of premium ingredients. Come visit us, and yes, it smells really good too!
