Strawberry Cayenne

As we worked on our vegan collection, we wanted to add a spicy strawberry praline for Valentine's Day. We worked on a home-made jam infusing cayenne pepper during the cooking process, prepared from fresh strawberries.

Our jam contrasts with the cayenne dark chocolate ganache, as both release their flavors in different sequences going from surprising to satisfyingly delectable. 

Oh, and.. it is Vegan!
