This entertaining ganache pairs two local favorites: Asylum Gin with Bigelow Tea. It is a fresh and fun combination of antioxidants, tannins and milk chocolate.

Side note: ¨ T¨ for Tea ! But Also to make you think of a well know cocktail, Gin and Tonic ;-)
