We started our ice cream for customers who wanted more than delicious Belgian chocolates in the summer. Using my grand mother's recipe and premium ingredients (ye,s egg yolks instead of gum as emulsifier, and so much cream that we are almost churning butter!). Our vanilla ice cream got raving reviews quickly, so we used our most popular ganaches for flavors: Salted Caramel, Biscoff, Honey Roasted Peanut Butter, Rosemary Raspberry,.... - and obviously our own dark chocolate for Stracciatella.
