Salted Caramel

Vermont-Butter and Cream caramel, cracked sea salt. Creamy salty sweet perfection.

The unique texture and flavors of our salted caramel is the combination of ingredients and patience. We are using exclusively https://waldenlocalmeat.com/ Walden’s grass fed cream butter for our caramel.  It is done from scratch (no simple sirup) in small batches, slowly to avoid any burned sugar taste.

Tasting note: after enjoying the light gold soft texture of the caramel, you will notice that the salt comes later, finishing with the crystals balancing the taste of the milk chocolate. Because of its qualities, the chocolate doesn’t stick to the palate. We prefer that clean salty finish.
